Shipping
We currently only ship within New Zealand (excluding the Chatham Islands), using New Zealand Couriers. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $7.50 for North Island urban delivery and $12.50 for South Island or rural delivery. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days and will take an estimated 3–5 business days to reach you. All products are securely packed to ensure they arrive safely. 

 

Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for courier delays once orders have been dispatched.

Alcohol Deliveries
Alcohol cannot be left unattended or delivered to anyone under the legal drinking age. All alcohol deliveries require a signature on delivery and may require proof of age (ID).

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@milfordgin.com within 7 days so we can assist with a replacement or lodge a claim with the courier.

Undeliverable Orders
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. Milford Distilling Limited is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, redelivery fees may apply.

Changing Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after receiving your confirmation at info@milfordgin.com. As we aim to dispatch orders quickly, once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any amendments.
